Devonte’ Graham – Charlotte Hornets

Washington is all about offense, as they rank 8th in the league in points per game (114.8 PPG), and they have both Westbrook and Beal in the backcourt, but adding another guard in Devonte’ Graham would be a huge addition for them.

Last season, Graham had a breakout year averaging 18.2 points, 7.5 assists and shooting 37.3% from three-point range, but this year, with the addition of LaMelo ball and Devonte’ Graham missing time due to a knee injury, his numbers have taken a slight hit.

If he is healthy during the second-half of the season though, the third year guard could be a huge addition for the Wizards, especially since he is in the final year of his rookie contract. Graham is only owed $1.6M this season, making it very easy for the Wizards to potentially acquire him financially.

With the Hornets being in the playoff picture this season though and them being a very exciting and underrated team, they may not be looking to move any of their players, especially a high-impact guy like Devonte’ Graham.

As a result, the Wizards would likely have to give up a few draft picks to get him, which may not be beneficial for them to do long-term. If they were to add Graham though, he could not only be a high-impact player for them in the second-unit, but a player outside of Westbrook and Beal they lean on for production.
