This Bucks-Rockets trade features PJ Tucker to Milwaukee

The Milwaukee Bucks are once again one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference. They entered the NBA All-Star break third behind the Philadelphia 76ers and Brooklyn Nets. This is a position the Bucks know all too well but they have not been able to take the next step in the conference.

Milwaukee has finished at the top of the standings in each of the last two seasons. They have been unable to advance to the NBA Finals and represent the Eastern Conference. When a team is built around a big man, they need to put the right players on the perimeter.

Giannis Antetokounmpo has been named MVP after each of the last two years. The Bucks made a deal for Jrue Holiday in the offseason and could continue to add shooters along the perimeter.

There are many teams that are down in the first half that will be selling some veteran names. The Houston Rockets are a team that comes to mind immediately with a good fit for Milwaukee. Houston made many blockbuster deals including Russell Westbrook and James Harden.
