Portland Trail Blazers Receive: DeMar DeRozan, Rudy Gay

San Antonio Spurs Receive: Jusuf Nurkic, Rodney Hood, Nassir Little, Derrick Jones Jr., 2022 1st Round Pick, 2024 1st Round Pick

DeMar DeRozan would be the centerpiece of this deal. This would create a big three along with Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum. DeRozan would have a chance to continue his strong play for a team near the top of the conference. Rudy Gay would also be on his way to the Trail Blazers in this deal.

Jusuf Nurkic and Derrick Jones Jr. would lead the return back to the Spurs. This would solidify their frontcourt moving forward. There wouldn’t be a substantial need for those talents but San Antonio could look to trade them for a return at a later point.
