Indiana Pacers: 16-19 (10th place in the Eastern Conference)

Injuries have defined the Indiana Pacers to this point in the season, much like it has the last few seasons. After just four games into the year, breakout star T.J. Warren suffered a foot injury that required surgery and he has been out since. The Pacers also traded Victor Oladipo as part of the James Harden to Brooklyn trade and acquired Caris LeVert in the process.

LeVert is a great, young talent, but doctors discovered a small mass on his kidney during his physical examination after being traded and as a result, he has been out since being acquired by the Pacers. Both Warren and LeVert are expected to return during the second-half of the year for Indiana though, which is why they are positioned to have a strong finish to the season.

All-Star big man Domantas Sabonis and Malcolm Brogdon have been fantastic for the Pacers to this point in the year and their role players have been playing really well, but this team does not seem to have the firepower to beat some of the better teams in the league without T.J. Warren and Caris LeVert being healthy.

Indiana currently ranks 15th in the league in scoring and are not a terrible team at all, but they really need their two playmakers and scorers back if they are to have a chance of making the playoffs this season. All of the Pacers second-half success depends on when Warren and LeVert will be back.

If these two do not return within the next month, then the Pacers could be in big trouble, especially if they do not make a move at the trade deadline to add more firepower.
