Why This Trade Would Benefit The Philadelphia Sixers

The Philadelphia 76ers were busy in the offseason making some moves for three-point threats. They acquired Danny Green from the Thunder in exchange for Al Horford. They also added Seth Curry, who has been playing well to this point.

The Sixers could look to Oklahoma City for another deal if they get the right return. Philadelphia have been linked to some more shooters or point guards. JJ Redick is a name that has floated around in NBA trade rumors along with Kyle Lowry.

Both options would add veteran leadership and improve the perimeter. This is also what Hill would do. Hill cold take on a backup role. He would be able to play some valuable minutes behind Ben Simmons.

The duo could also be on the floor at the same time. Simmons could benefit from playing off the ball a bit more. Diallo and a first-round pick are sweeteners for this deal. Matisse Thybulle has not made an impact in Philadelphia. If the team can get a return, it would make sense to pull the trigger.

The Sixers are finally looking like championship contenders. They have been a postseason team in recent years but have not been taken seriously. This year looks a bit different and the front office could continue to improve the rotation.
