Why This Trade Would Benefit The Golden State Warriors
The Western Conference has continued to improve each year. That is no different with both Los Angeles teams and the Utah Jazz. The Warriors took a big hit when Klay Thompson went down with an injury but they could look to add another star.
Karl-Anthony Towns is a big man who would be around long term in Golden State. He is under contract and would be able to remain with the Warriors as they attempt tp climb up the standings. We have seen some players on expiring contracts linked to the Warriors because they would be a bridge until Thompson returned.
In this case, Golden State would lineup a big three for the future. Towns can run the floor well and step out to knock down a three. His versatility and athleticism would fit in well with what the Warriors like to do.

Towns has been linked to many teams but the Warriors might be his best fit. This would be a blockbuster deal for both sides and one that would certainly shake things up in the West.
