Why This Trade Would Benefit The Milwaukee Bucks
In each of the last two seasons, the Bucks have finished at the top of the league. This success has not transferred to the postseason as Milwaukee has been unable to advance to the finals. In the offseason, they made it a point to improve the point guard position, which would balance the floor better on both ends.
In this deal, they would land two more impressive guards. It will be interesting to see how this is received. Milwaukee and their fans have grown fond of Jrue Holiday and Donte DiVincenzo in the starting lineup. There’s more to consider, though.
The fact remains that Terry Rozier is a more dynamic scorer and has taken the next step in this area. Being able to land an intriguing shooter like Devonte’ Graham to complete the backcourt only helps, too. On top it, landing a first-round pick in this year’s NBA Draft makes it all the more intriguing.
He has one year left on his contract after this one, just like Jrue Holiday. Also, when deciding between Devonte’ Graham and Donte DiVincenzo, which would you rather have? DiVincenzo might be a good fit but Graham has the edge as a player and knows how to play a complementary role.

This trade would help the Bucks and keep them near the top of the Eastern Conference. This could be the year that the team makes that much-needed run to the championship with Giannis Antetokounmpo. The East is top heavy and Milwaukee could choose to remain aggressive in hopes of climbing up even further.
