Why This Is A Good Trade For New York

The New York Knicks, as opposed to the Charlotte Hornets, are ready to make a playoff run. They have a great coaching staff in place, a great roster, and they’re in the mix to move and acquire some great talent to make their roster as well rounded as possible.

The Knicks need a point guard to be the starter in New York, and Terry Rozier could be that guy. Rozier was putting up career high numbers before he was forced to the sixth man role behind LaMelo Ball and he could resume that great campaign as a member of the Knicks.

Getting a solid Cody Martin as part of the trade shouldn’t go unnoticed either, as Martin is a 6-foot-5 small forward who has a career field goal percentage of 44.5 percent.

The Knicks would have the perfect blend of youth and experience if they could land Rozier.
