New York Knicks Receive: Terry Rozier, Cody Martin

Charlotte Hornets Receive: Alec Burks, Kevin Knox II, Nerlens Noel, 2021 1st Round Pick (via DAL)

It’s not going to be easy snagging the talented Terry Rozier this season. Rozier is putting together a campaign that could see him earn Sixth Man of the Year honors and the Knicks would have to fork up some solid players to land the star point guard.

The Hornets are very close to being a team that can consistently compete for an NBA Championship and they quite simply need a year or two more of pure development to reach that point. They have some great talent to build around in Gordon Hayward and LaMelo Ball, but adding some big man depth is a need for the team.

This trade is very well orchestrated for both parties involved and the two sides could certainly get a deal done.
