The New York Knicks have a mix of young players and trade capital that they would be able to use in this particular NBA trade deadline scenario. Kevin Knox II and Frank Ntilikina are two players that come to mind because of their need for a change of scenery.

Both Knox II and Ntilikina have both been labeled busts in New York and that is not going to change moving forward. Alec Burks, who is on a one-year deal, and some second-round draft capital would be the return to Houston.
