The Sacramento Kings have been featured in NBA trade rumors since the offseason. More often than not, Buddy Hield was the topic of conversation for many teams. As we approach the NBA trade deadline, Sacramento could still be looking to trade their sharpshooter and the Denver Nuggets could be interested.
The Kings have began to fall behind in the Western Conference with a record of 12-19. With how difficult the conference is, it is hard to imagine the Kings turning into contenders anytime soon. This means they could be sellers at the NBA trade deadline and Hield could be the first to go.
There are many teams that will be suitors for a player like Buddy Hield if he were to be truly on the market. One team, in particular, that stands out as an intriguing potential trade suitor is the Denver Nuggets. He could fill an important backcourt role alongside Jamal Murray.
The Nuggets are off to a sluggish start this season but are trying to work their way up the standings in the Western Conference. After making a run to the Western Conference Finals in the NBA Bubble, Denver was expected to be near the top of the league.
