New York Knicks Receive: G Victor Oladipo, F David Nwaba

Houston Rockets Receive: G Alec Burks, G Frank Ntilikina, F Kevin Knox II, DAL 2021 1st Round Pick (via NYK), LAC 2021 1st Round Pick (via NYK)

It would be hard for the Knicks to convince the Rockets to trade Oladipo without giving up either Randle or Barrett in the process, but this trade does bring a lot of worth to both teams. Getting two first-round picks in 2021 brings a ton of value to the Rockets and gives them a chance to continue building a young core for future years. 

Houston also gets three role players as well, two of which are young talents. Alec Burks is a veteran talent that the Rockets could utilize for this year alone, but Frank Ntilikina and Kevin Knox could be two young talents that find a lot of success in Houston given opportunities on the court. 

Frank Ntilikina is just 22-years old and possesses a lot of potential to be a great two-way guard in the NBA. The only problem is that the Knicks have never really given him any chances to prove himself. 

When he has been on the court, the french point guard has shown flashes of being a very solid role player, but his minutes have been very limited over the years. The same can be said for Kevin Knox, who New York has looked to trade this season.

Knox is in his third season with the Knicks and is currently averaging 5.3 points, 2.1 rebounds and shooting 37.9% from three-point range. His rookie season in 2018, Kevin Knox averaged upwards of 12.8 points and was a really solid all-around wing. 

These two young talents and Alec Burks could definitely make impacts on this Rockets organization not just this year, but for many years to come if they are given chances to prove themselves.
