The New York Knicks are in the playoff mix in 2021 and they could be looking to add some depth to their roster. One man in particular they could be going after is Detroit Pistons forward Blake Griffin.

Griffin, 31, is one of the best forwards in the NBA and has been for the past decade. Griffin has excellent size and speed and his competitiveness gives him an edge over the majority of defenders.

Blake Griffin has always had an outstanding competitive edge about him and that would only increase with a shot at the playoffs on the line. Similar to Derrick Rose, the Knicks could benefit from another established veteran to provide an impact to make a playoff push.

The Knicks need a veteran forward to team up with Julius Randle and Blake Griffin could be a great option. Griffin could reunite with his Pistons teammate Derrick Rose in New York as they look to make a legitimate playoff run this season.
