Charlotte Hornets

The Charlotte Hornets are in need of some veteran depth at the forward position and Blake Griffin could certainly be on their radar. Griffin, who stands at 6-foot-9, is an excellent overall player who could help the Hornets as they make a run at the playoffs.

The Hornets are currently sitting in the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference and will be looking to make some moves at the NBA trade deadline to push them closer to the top of the rankings.

Blake Griffin would be a great player to join a young core of talent. He could provide an interior presence with his back-to-basket approach offensively and operate out of dribble handoffs with key perimeter players.

When evaluating the fit on-paper, Griffin would thrive with LaMelo Ball and Gordon Hayward on the same team as him and he could show that in his numbers. Griffin is also an above average defender and his defensive presence could prove to be beneficial for the young Charlotte Hornets.
