Terry Rozier – Charlotte Hornets

Now in his second season with the Charlotte Hornets, Terry Rozier is currently Charlotte’s second-leading scorer and has been a very dynamic point guard over the years.

Terry Rozier’s athleticism and versatility to play off-the-ball has made him a very intriguing trade target around the league and with LaMelo Ball playing as well as he is with the Hornets, they could be willing to listen to offers for Rozier.

It is really unknown what kind of price tag Terry Rozier has on him on the trade market, which is another reason why he is an interesting trade target around the league. He has been great at times this year, but at other times, seems to struggle with the Hornets.

Given that the Hornets just drafted LaMelo Ball to be their point guard of the future and the fact that Devonte’ Graham had a breakout season last year and is continuing to succeed this year, Terry Rozier’s future in Charlotte is very much up-in-the-air.

Statistically speaking, Terry Rozier is having his best year of his career shooting and scoring the basketball. He is shooting close to 48% from the floor and about 44% from deep, not to mention, he is averaging about 19.2 points per game.

It makes total sense for championship caliber teams with backcourt problems wanting to target Terry Rozier, but they would likely have to give up a lot to get him.

Terry Rozier is more than capable of being a franchise point guard for any team in this league and while Charlotte will likely hold onto him seeing as they are trying to make a playoff push this year, it would not come as a surprise to see them trade him for a couple first-round picks and another key role player.
