Kristaps Porzingis would certainly improve the New Orleans Pelicans immediately. They would have a new big three along with Brandon Ingram and Zion Williamson. There would be a lot to like about how these players would fit together, too.

The return would not be cheap but the Pelicans some players that they are interested in dumping. With no shortage of extra future draft picks, it makes sense to get aggressive finding a stretch-big like Kristaps Porzingis for the future to pair with both Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram.

Some of those players are Eric Bledsoe and JJ Redick. These are veteran players who do not fit into the Pelicans plan moving forward. They would also get the three first-round picks back in the deal which they could use in many ways.

Let’s take a look and see how each trade centered around Kristaps Porzingis would benefit both the Dallas Mavericks and New Orleans Pelicans.
