Why This Trade Would Benefit The Orlando Magic

The Orlando Magic have been relying on the same lineup for the past couple years. They have been unable to take the next step and it is only a matter of time before the front office decides to change things up. This can happen in many ways for the roster.

Markelle Fultz suffered a torn ACL which will have him out for the rest of the season. This was unfortunate timing given his play being on the verge of breaking out. The Magic are full of players who use their athleticism to get to the rim.

This is where Andrew Wiggins and Kelly Oubre Jr. would fit in. Wiseman would be a replacement for Nikola Vucevic and give the Magic another present down low. When looking at how each team likes to play basketball, this trade makes all the sense in the world.

At some point, a team just has to admit that it is not working and change things up. That is what the Magic would be doing in this deal.
