Why This Trade Would Benefit The Washington Wizards
If Bradley Beal becomes truly disgruntled with the situation he faces with the Washington Wizards, it would benefit the team to send him away if they can. The market on Bradley Beal would be very strong so they would be able to find an intriguing trade partner. It is all about who sends back the best return.
This could be the Denver Nuggets. Westbrook handles the point guard position and could get two secondary players on the perimeter in this deal. Both Harris and Barton know how to play a secondary role within the offense. Hampton did not play college ball but has been an intriguing prospect since high school.
The Wizards would also benefit from two first-round picks. This is a rebuilding team that could use a complete makeover after years of being near the bottom of the East.
The Wizards’ front office has a lot of work to do regarding this roster and the entire makeup of the franchise. John Wall is gone and Bradley Beal could be next. This is a chance to complete overhaul the franchise, which is something they have needed.
