3 realistic players the Bulls could target to get Zach LaVine more help

While guys like Lauri Markkanen and Coby White have stepped up into bigger roles this year, the Chicago Bulls are still a struggling franchise, as they are 7-11 and currently sit outside the playoff picture in the Eastern Conference. With other NBA teams who missed the playoffs last year in the East like the Hawks, Hornets and Knicks all playing better basketball, it will definitely be hard for Chicago to turn things around in a year and make it back to the playoffs for the first time since 2017.

The one bright spot for the Bulls this year though is Zach LaVine continuing to play at a high-level and looking like a potential All-Star candidate once again. Through 18 games, he is averaging 26.9 points, 5.3 rebounds, 5.2 assists, 1.3 steals and is shooting 41.6% from three-point range.

Right now, Zach LaVine is Top-10 in the league in scoring and ranks 4th amongst all shooting guards in the league in field goal percentage. From dunk contest standout to now rising star in the NBA, LaVine has the capability to be that All-Star talent the Bulls have been missing for years, but he is going to need some help along the way to bring this franchise back to the playoffs.

Coby White, Lauri Markkanen, Wendell Carter Jr. and rookie Patrick Williams have all looked solid this season, but none of these four guys are in the same category as LaVine. Chicago may not need a player like Bradley Beal, but they could really benefit by adding another solid contributor on the wing.

Let’s take a look at three very reliable wing options the Chicago Bulls could potentially look to add to get Zach LaVine more help before this season’s trade deadline.
