6. Steph Curry Leads NBA 3P Makes For 6th Time In NBA Career

With no Klay Thompson again this year, everyone knew all the pressure would be on Steph Curry to carry the Warriors and so far, Steph has been Steph. He is currently fourth in the league in points per game and sits at the top of the list for most three-pointers made this season with 4 made three-pointers, 11 more than C.J. McCollum who is in second-place and is currently out with a foot injury.

Curry has been unbelievable so far this season and recently passed Reggie Miller for second on the All-Time Career Three-Pointers Made list. He now only has Ray Allen to pass, which he will definitely do next season.

Steph is arguably the best three-point shooter of all-time and he has reminded all of us of this throughout the year, posting 5+ made threes in a game 9 different times this season, including 8 made threes during his 62-point performance against the Trail Blazers earlier this year.

The Warriors revolve around Steph Curry and will go as far as he is able to carry them this season. As a result, he will once again finish as the league leader in made three-pointers.

5. Myles Turner Blocks Over 225 Shots En Route To DPOY

Everyone knew Myles Turner was a terrific shot-blocker, as he led the league in blocks for the 2018-19 season, but Turner has turned himself into one of the best defensive big men of this generation.

He is averaging a league high 4.1 blocks so far this season and has recorded a total of 62 blocks on the year, which is 19 more blocks than 2x Defensive Player of the Year, Rudy Gobert, who currently ranks second in the league in blocked shots with 43 blocks.

If Myles Turner is in the paint when his opponents are driving to the rim, that ball will likely end up in the first row of seats in Section 101 of any arena. He has turned himself into a defensive mastermind and as a result, he will be honored this season.

Myles Turner is the clear front-runner for the Defensive Player of the Year right now and is on track to have close to 300 blocks this year, something only 10 other players in the history of the NBA have done.

The 24-year old big man is the best shot-blocker in the NBA and will be one of the best defensive players in the league for many years to come.
