The Philadelphia 76ers are off to a strong start this season. They find themselves near the top of the Eastern Conference but this start has recent questions about one of their superstars. This could lead to a blockbuster deal prior to the NBA trade deadline between Philadelphia and the Washington wizards.

The Wizards a team that is not afraid to make a big move. They already pulled one off when they sent John Wall to the Houston Rockets in exchange for Russell Westbrook. This created a backcourt duo of Westbrook and Bradley Beal. So far this season, it has been nothing but the same for the Wizards. They are near the basement of the Eastern Conference with no reason to believe that will change.

The 76ers are in the exact opposite position. They feel like they have one of their best teams in a long time and there are championship aspirations this season. Joel Embiid is playing at an MVP level early on and this is the reason the team has had so much success.

Tobias Harris is beginning to earn his huge contract. One player who is not off to a good start is Ben Simmons. He is still filling up the stat sheet but has had trouble scoring the ball this season.

Naturally, this has begun some NBA trade rumors wondering if the 76ers would be willing to part ways with Ben Simmons in a trade. Here is one that could send him to the Wizards and create another intriguing duo in Philadelphia.
