Why This Trade Would Benefit The Brooklyn Nets

Kyrie Irving is not worth much to the team if he is not on the floor. He became a headache during his final days with the Cleveland Cavaliers and was a complete disaster as a member of the Boston Celtics. Now, Irving is making things difficult for the Brooklyn Nets. This is not something they have to deal with.

There are plenty of teams who would be willing to take on Irving despite the headache. The Pelicans are in a position to take on Irving because of their desire to rebuild. As for the Nets, they are a win-now team and just added Harden. The duo of Durant and Harden is good enough to carry the Nets through the Eastern Conference.

Redick is a winning player who is one of the best shooters of this generation. He has plenty of experience in the postseason given the fact that he has missed out just one year of his career. Bledsoe is the perfect veteran to handle the ball within the offense and set up the stars in a position to score.

The Nets would get some nice veterans and NBA Draft capital back in this deal. It is all setup well for them if they decide to pull the trigger and move Irving prior to the deadline.
