Why This Trade Would Benefit The Golden State Warriors

Zach LaVine would help the Golden State Warriors from the minute he stepped on the court. He is a dynamic scorer that can take over a game late. Even when Klay Thompson returns, LaVine would fit into the offense because of his ability to play small forward.

This would be a big-time move for the Warriors this season. They are keeping their head above water early on but over the course of the season, the current regime might not work out. Golden State is a team that likes to play fast and shoot from deep. LaVine is capable of both. He is shooting 37.1% from the three-point line this season.

Steph Curry and LaVine would have the perfect mix of shooting, speed, and athleticism on the perimeter. LaVine has experience playing with other stars and can be the secondary option if need be.

This trade seems like a no-brainer for the Warriors. This would also benefit them when Thompson returns. This is not a one-year deal and would help this franchise get back to NBA championship level right away.
