Why This Trade Would Benefit The Indiana Pacers

The Indiana Pacers were finally able to make a deal for Victor Oladipo. They acquired Caris LeVert to team up in the backcourt with Malcolm Brogdon and T.J. Warren. If the Pacers are heading in a different direction, they could get a return for Turner next.

Domantas Sabonis is an all-star caliber big man who has taken his game to the next level. At 24-years old, Sabonis is the big man of the future in Indiana and could be joined by another young option. Wiseman is obviously on his rookie deal which would open up cap space for the Pacers.

There is a possibility the Pacers look to make another move in hopes of competing in the near future. James Wiseman is not the player that Turner is yet but there are hopes of him becoming the next great big in the league.

The Pacers were able to get Victor Oladipo out the door so it would be interesting to see them make another move. Turner is one of the best trade pieces on the roster right now that will land them a big return.
