A dream destination for Coby White could be the Brooklyn Nets. The Nets, who are off to a bit of a rocky start, could truly mentor and develop Coby and mold him into their point guard of the future. White would get to learn under Kyrie Irving and have some great talent surrounding him as well.

Coby White is currently averaging 17.3 points per game, 5.2 rebounds per game, and 6.2 assists per game for the Chicago Bulls and he could certainly provide an excellent off the bench presence or maybe even run some shooting guard alongside Kyrie Irving in the starting five.

If the Nets offered Spencer Dinwiddie and a few NBA Draft picks, they should be able to pry White away from the Bulls. The high upside and learning potential White would get in Brooklyn should be tempting to both parties if they seemed interested.

With the increasing lack of reliability from Irving, it would certainly help to have a young player like White. He could take on a larger role in the Nets’ offense when Irving is either not available, or not interested, in suiting up.
