The Chicago Bulls are a franchise that is known for winning historically. That has changed in recent years but they could head back in that direction when acquiring a player like Beal. He is someone who can change the course of the team immediately.

The NBA is a guard-driven league led by players who can score on the perimeter. The Bulls already have one of those in Zach LaVine and could choose to add another with Beal. This duo would be electric and one of the most entertaining to watch.
