This Bulls-Sixers trade would send Coby White to Philadelphia

Why This Trade Would Benefit The Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls have been near the bottom of the Eastern Conference for years now. They brought in Billy Donovan to be the head coach and he could have a say in how the roster is shaped. If he wants to send away White to continue the rebuild, this is something that could happen.

It seems as though this deal would ultimately allow the Bulls to keep Zach LaVine in town and build around their star. He has taken a step forward every season he is in Chicago— topping at 25.5 points per game last season.

Thybulle is an intriguing prospect, especially from the three-point line, that could help Chicago balance their attack offensively. It is also important when rebuilding to load up on NBA Draft capital and they would get a first- and second-round pick in this deal.

The Bulls have plenty of options moving forward. Now it is up to the front office to figure out what they want to do with the players that they have. If Coby White isn’t viewed as a long-term point guard answer, getting a wing in exchange for him now could be an intriguing option.
