This Pacers-Sixers trade would send Victor Oladipo to Philly

In a pretty eventful offseason in which plenty of championship-caliber teams loaded up on talent to try and dethrone the Los Angeles Lakers, the Philadelphia 76ers were no exception. With Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid being All-NBA performers and NBA All-Stars, the Sixers realized they needed to add scoring talent around these guys in order to have a chance at winning a title.

As a result, the 76ers were able to acquire Danny Green, Seth Curry, Tyrese Maxey and Dwight Howard to solidify their championship caliber roster. Ben Simmons, Joel Embiid and Tobias Harris highlight Philly’s roster once again this year, but this team has the makings of being a very great overall “3-and-D” type team.

Other than Ben Simmons and Dwight Howard, everybody on this roster has the ability to knock down shots from deep and with the defense of this team being anchored by Simmons, the 76ers have a chance to be one of the NBA’s top defensive teams. Danny Green and Matisse Thybulle are two consistently good defensive players and if Joel Embiid can step his game up on defense, then look out for the Sixers!

After hiring Doc Rivers to be the new head coach of the team this offseason, along with the Rockets Ex-General Manager, Daryl Morey, to the be the team’s new President of Basketball Operations, this organization has gone “all-in” on the mentality of winning now and that is exactly what they intend on doing.

Anything that gives them a chance to be a legit title threat and contender this year, they are going to do, which is why Tobias Harris’ big contract could be on the move for a third NBA All-Star level talent. Let’s take a look at a potential trade that could send Victor Oladipo and a solid veteran to the Philadelphia 76ers in exchange for Tobias Harris and some draft picks.
