This Celtics-Hornets trade sends Terry Rozier back to Boston

The Charlotte Hornets have a chance to be one of the most exciting teams in the NBA this season. The Boston Celtics are a team that is contending for a championship right away. They are both teams that have holes this season and could afford to make a trade of some sort.

Boston has one of the most entertaining duos in the NBA. Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown have the Celtics in a position to contend for a title for many years in the future.

The Celtics came into the NBA offseason with a need in the frontcourt. Boston did not make a move to improve that part of their team but it is still early in the season and one could be on the horizon.

As for Charlotte, they added LaMelo Ball with the third pick in the draft and had his debut in a loss. Along with Devonte’ Graham, Charlotte has a chance to include Ball in an elite duo in the backcourt. This leaves Terry Rozier open to being traded.

It would be extremely interesting to see Rozier go back to Boston in a trade such as this one. Here is a potential deal that could get it done.
