There have been two consistent teams in trade rumors all offseason. Both the Indiana Pacers and Golden State Warriors have been talked about much and for different reasons. Here is a chance for both teams to get in on the action with a trade that would pair Malcolm Brogdon with Stephen Curry.
Golden State has been featured in rumors because they could be looking for a replacement for Klay Thompson. On draft night, Golden State added James Wiseman with the second overall pick, but received news that Thompson suffered a lower leg injury. It was confirmed the next day that it was a torn Achilles and Thompson would have to miss the upcoming season once again.
That leaves Steph Curry out on the perimeter without the other splash brother.
Indiana has been featured in rumors because Victor Oladipo is one of the biggest names on the market. It was assumed heading into the offseason that Oladipo would be traded, but nothing has happened yet. In this deal, they could look to trade another piece of their team, Brogdon, in return for some more help on the perimeter.
Here is a trade that would benefit both the Pacers and Warriors in the upcoming season. Let’s take a look at what it might look like if the two got together for a deal.
