Teams like the Atlanta Hawks and Charlotte Hornets have been very busy. On the other hand, teams like the New York Knicks have not made any big moves. They added Austin Rivers on a one-year deal and turned Ed Davis into a nice return.
The Knicks are still looking to make that big splash in a trade for an undesirable contract. One player that comes to mind, other than Russell Westbrook, is John Wall.
The Washington Wizards have been mediocre for years now. Wall has not been able to stay healthy and has recently requested a trade out of DC. Bradley Beal is another star that has been in Washington his whole career and could choose to force his way out.
The Wizards brought back Davis Bertans on a big contract, which was a move that was expected. If they decide to trade Wall, especially to the Knicks, it will be a huge move for both sides.
