Orlando Magic
The Orlando Magic have snuck into the playoffs in each of the last two seasons. They were able to steal game one from the Milwaukee Bucks in the bubble but went on to lose the last four. They are in a unique position. At some point, they will have to choose whether they want to compete for long-term success or go through a real book free building phase.
If they decide to go for the championship, they can look to add Russell Westbrook from the Houston Rockets. Orlando has a strong presence inside with Nikola Vucevic. Evan Fournier has proven to be a reliable score at all three levels and even Markelle Fultz seemed capable at times.
Adding Russell Westbrook would draw attention away from opposing defenses and give others a chance. It would provide a primary option to run high pick-and-rolls and just create dribble penetration, in general.
The Magic have some pieces like Terrence Ross, Aaron Gordon, and draft picks that they could send to Houston in the deal. This is one of the more intriguing destinations for Westbrook because of what it would do to the East.
