Knicks Receive: Kemba Walker

Celtics Receive: Dennis Smith Jr., Julius Randle, 2021 1st Round Pick (via DAL), 2023 1st Round Pick (via DAL)

This trade would be hard to refuse for either team. Danny Ainge is known as a tough general manager to trade with, but the haul he would be getting back from the Knicks would have to make even him think seriously about it.

Being able to acquire a young point guard with potential in Smith would be intriguing. Randle would help add front-court depth and the two first-round picks would give Ainge more assets to work with.

On the Knicks’ side, it gives them the point guard and star that they have been needing. Walker would help turn the franchise back around, or at least a big step in that direction.
