Oklahoma City Thunder

There might be some bad blood between Jerami Grant and the Oklahoma City Thunder but they are still a good destination this offseason. The Thunder traded away Grant and it is unknown if he harbors any bad feelings because of the deal.

Oklahoma City wasted no time in trading veteran point guard Chris Paul. They sent him to the Phoenix Suns and gained some more draft capital to add to what they already have built up. The Thunder are in rebuild mode. Danilo Gallinari is a free agent and Paul is now with the Suns.

This means that they will look for some new leaders on the floor and Grant fits into the mold. The question is, what will it cost the thunder, and will Grant be willing to make a return to Oklahoma City?

On paper, this move make a lot of sense for both sides. Grant will get paid wherever he goes and with the Thunder, he will take on a leadership role and an extended role in the offense. He showed that he has the capability of the scoring and leading an offense when on the floor.
