2. Brooklyn Nets

The Nets have had their sights set on bigger names this offseason. They have been listed as the preferred destination for James Harden in a trade. That deal has yet to be made and a deal for Paul Millsap could come sooner rather than later.

This deal will not have the wow factor that the Harden trade would, but Millsap would benefit the team in many ways. They already have a true center in Jarrett Allen who can defend well and act as a pick and roll man. Millsap would solidify the front-court and get Allen the perfect complement down low.

The Nets are looking to compete right away in the Eastern Conference with Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving back healthy.

Millsap is not going to win the team a championship on his own, but he is a veteran player who knows how to play with superstars. He is a culture guy and a locker room leader who will do nothing but help the team on and off the floor, especially come postseason time.
