3. Portland Trail Blazers

The Blazers have thrown around the possibility of trading either Damian Lillard or CJ McCollum. Those talks have been silenced over the last few weeks and it is unlikely that they move either player.

One player who is available in Hassan Whiteside, who is a free agent. If the Blazers are looking for a replacement, Paul Millsap will be available.

Portland has a premier big in Jusuf Nurkic. He is an offensive threat, but struggles defensively and at times on the glass. Millsap would be a great mentor and be able to make up for what Nurkic lacks down low.

Portland was the eight seed in the Western Conference this season and would like to take a step forward. As they get healthy, they will improve, but they will also need to add some players in free agency.

Portland is an attractive destination because of their back-court. If Millsap were to sign with the Blazers, he would solidify the front-court and hopefully take them to the next level.
