3. Miami Heat
The Heat had hopes of building one of the top teams in the East. They added Jimmy Butler and traded away Hassan Whiteside. Miami clearly has built something and that landed them in the NBA Finals during the re-start.
Miami has Goran Dragic and Jae Crowder entering free agency. They could use another playmaker on the offensive end, especially at the point guard position.
Kyle Lowry is a winning player with experience in the postseason. Toronto could go multiple ways this offseason. If they are all in for Giannis Antetokounmpo, it could lead them to trading Lowry.
The Heat have a roster to make a deep run in the postseason. Lowry would only solidify that roster and add a leader on both ends of the floor.
