5. Philadelphia 76ers

The 76ers need to make something happen. They cannot be happy with a first-round sweep against the Boston Celtics in the bubble. Daryl Morey and Doc Rivers could look to make a big move to compete in 2020-2021.

Kyle Lowry would be that big move. He is from Philadelphia and played his college ball at Villanova. The homecoming would be special to him and if the Sixers ever won an NBA title with Lowry, it would be a great storyline.

The Sixers have played around with the idea of playing Ben Simmons off the ball. This trade would take pressure off of him and allow Lowry to run the point. He would be a great pick-and-roll guard with Joel Embiid. Lowry would also help on the defensive end.

Lowry has spent plenty of time in the East and knows how to win in the conference. This is something that the Sixers need because there are no winning players on their roster currently.
