The Miami Heat made a surprise run to the NBA Finals in the bubble. Jimmy Butler was already a star in the league but took the next step in terms of leading and finishing games. Pat Riley will continue to grow his team into title contenders moving forward.

Making a trade for DeMar DeRozan could be on the radar in Miami. He would give the team another scoring option down the stretch if defenses key in on Butler. Bam Adebayo has turned into an elite big man and DeRozan would help create a big three.

The Heat has a history of big moves involving big three’s and this could be another on the horizon. Miami got hot at the right time in the NBA bubble. They are an exciting team with plenty of options this offseason.

DeRozan going to Miami would get him out of the West, which the San Antonio Spurs could want to do. This would keep the Heat near the top of the conference moving forward as they try to prove that this playoff run was not a fluke.
