Wow, that’s a lot to digest so quickly. All three teams would be moving key players and it would be a big jumble and a fresh look for all three franchises.

On the outside looking in, this deal makes sense. Each team would be getting valuable pieces that would help them contend. They would also be moving on from pieces that aren’t crucial to their ability to compete.

Granted, there is a good chance that one of these teams would not like the deal they were getting. However, there are reasons why they would.
