Let’s start this off by making it clear that this deal could only happen if Olynyk decides to opt in to his contract. That is the decision he is expected to make, but this deal would hinge on that actually happening.

There is no guarantee that the Wizards are going to be looking to trade Wall. They could look to bring both Wall and Bradley Beal back for one more run. If they do deal him, however, the Heat are an ideal landing spot.
