There are talks out there of the Atlanta Hawks shopping the No. 6 overall pick in the upcoming 2020 NBA Draft. They are interested in landing another star to make a run at the playoffs.

The Hawks have two solidified stars in Trae Young and John Collins. Players like Cam Reddish, De’Andre Hunter, and Kevin Huerter are other pieces of the Hawks’ young core. They made a deal for Clint Capela at the trade deadline during the season. They could be looking to make another big splash move this offseason to improve their roster.

Atlanta has a lot of cap space this offseason, which will help in their pursuit of a star. With the sixth pick, they have some options.

First, they could opt to keep it. If they want to deal it, they could trade down for a few other picks or look outside of the draft and add a star.

The Hawks are a team that is looking to rebuild quickly and the process is going to be interesting. These five players could be available in a trade for the sixth pick.
