Ranking the top 5 free agency landing spots for Danilo Gallinari

Dallas Mavericks

The Dallas Mavericks lost Kristaps Porzingis to a torn meniscus in the bubble playoffs, which was obviously a huge loss.

Dallas has a special talent in Luka Doncic, who could find himself as the face of the league once LeBron James eventually retires.

Doncic showed what he’s capable of on a big stage in the playoffs, and even if Porzingis is back to 100 percent health next season, the Mavs owe it to their core to stay aggressive.

Gallinari would fit well in Dallas, as his sharp shooting ability would be a welcomed addition to an already-potent offense.

The Mavericks may not be a top-tier contender in the league yet, but as long as Doncic can remain healthy, they’ll be in the conversation moving forward.

Dallas could build on last season’s performance by adding Gallinari and making another run in the West.
