Trade Victor Oladipo For The No. 2 Pick
The Golden State Warriors hold the No. 2 pick in next month’s draft. Golden State may hold onto the pick, and add their selection to the roster.
But the more intriguing option for the Warriors would be to trade the pick for a star, such as Oladipo.
Of course, the Warriors will have both Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson back next season, so an acquisition of Oladipo would mean a shift toward small ball with essentially three guards.
If the Pacers could grab the No. 2 pick, it would allow Indiana to select the next face of the franchise, who would be in place for years to come.
It wouldn’t be easy to part with Oladipo, but if the Pacers do so, landing the No. 2 pick after not having a first rounder is an excellent return.
