Pacers acquire Kyle Kuzma, Alex Caruso, Danny Green, 2020 first round pick

As of now, this is the best offer the Lakers can make. Los Angeles owns its own 2020 first round pick. Their 2021 first round pick is owed to New Orleans (top eight protected) via the Anthony Davis trade.

But the Lakers can build an offer around Kuzma, Caruso, Green and their first round pick this year. The Lakers’ first round pick is No. 28, which is not a huge value pick. But for Indiana, who does not own a first round pick, it’s a way to get in the first round.
