This Suns-Timberwolves trade would land Phoenix the No. 1 pick

The Minnesota Timberwolves will have the attention of the league with the decision they make with the No. 1 pick in the 2020 NBA Draft. Will they use it to take LaMelo Ball or Anthony Edwards? Or will they look to move down the order with a team like the Phoenix Suns?

Neither the Suns nor Timberwolves managed to make the playoffs in the Western Conference, but Phoenix sure came close. Posting an 8-0 record in the NBA Bubble was just barely not enough to get it done for the Suns.

Both teams will look to reinforce their respective roster in an effort to gear up for a potential run at a playoff spot. In a loaded Western Conference, it will be important talent is added in order to get the job done.
