A dream scenario for the Lakers would be to acquire Victor Oladipo from the Indiana Pacers.

Oladipo has expressed interest in playing elsewhere next season, and the Pacers may be inclined to entertain a trade. Oladipo can be a free agent after 2021, and he’s been connected to the Miami Heat this offseason.

But in addition to Miami, the Lakers would likely love to acquire Oladipo this offseason.

To do so, the Lakers would have to part with Kyle Kuzma, one of their few tradable assets.

Kuzma would be part of a rebuild in Indiana, as the Pacers could move Oladipo and Myles Turner in separate trades.
