Houston Rockets Receive: Myles Turner

Indiana Pacers Receive: Eric Gordon, Ben McLemore

This trade would bring Turner to the Rockets, shoring up their front court and giving Houston much-needed size.

For the Pacers, they’d acquire two veterans, guard Eric Gordon and former top-10 pick Ben McLemore.

This trade for Indiana could also serve as a precursor to an eventual trade of Victor Oladipo. If Indiana were to trade Oladipo, they’d have a veteran replacement ready to go in Gordon.

Gordon is known as a reliable defender and three-point shooter, but his numbers were slightly down last season. In July in the NBA bubble, Gordon suffered an ankle injury against the Celtics.

McLemore is still just 26, and, though he’s bounced around the league, he can still be effective in spurts. The seven-year veteran shot 40 percent from beyond the arc last season.
