Why It Makes Sense For The Pacers

It is fairly easy to see why the Pacers should make this move with the Hawks and Warriors. Moving on from Myles Turner won’t be an easy decision, but sticking with Domantas Sabonis is a must. Turner is the odd man out of the equation.

Being able to bring in Anthony Edwards would be a dream come true for Kevin Pritchard. It would speed up the rebuild and would add a potential star for the Pacers.

Edwards averaged 19.1 points per game last season with the Georgia Bulldogs to go along with 5.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists. He shot 40.2 percent from the field and 29.4 percent from the three-point line. His shooting numbers need to improve, but he has legitimate star potential.

Indiana should jump on the chance to bring in Edwards. He would be exactly what the Pacers need moving forward to build around alongside Sabonis, Malcolm Brogdon, and TJ Warren.
