Oklahoma City Thunder
The Thunder are another team that could make sense in taking a flier on Dennis Smith Jr.
Smith Jr. would bring added depth to Oklahoma City’s backcourt, and at 22 he would fit into the young core the Thunder are trying to build.
The Thunder are embracing a rebuild, and Smith would be a low-risk addition to the mix. He could become a nice fit alongside Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who is also 22.
Oklahoma City has Chris Paul at point guard, but it would make sense if the Thunder want to move on from Paul this offseason, as he’s now 35 years-old.
